Zac Efron sells glam LA mansion for $ 5.9 million



“High School Musical” star Zac Efron has graduated from his home in Los Angeles. The actor is letting go of the Los Feliz residence, Variety reported. It’s available for $ 5.9 million.

The California native bought midcentury modern real estate in 2013 for $ 4 million and hopes to raise some money for the investment.

Efron has spent the last few months in South Australia filming the movie “Gold”. Maybe he will extend his stay if he has a home less to worry about back in the US.

The stylish home has panoramic city views and radiates Hollywood glamor. The modern connection comes in from a long, fenced driveway that opens onto views of the city center to the sea, visible from every room in the house.

Inside, the open floor plan has warm wood, glass walls and an indoor-outdoor flow, with decks running across the property.

Based on the status of a friendly hangout on the A-list, the listing description notes that the property “recently remodeled”

In addition, the home offers a master suite and spalike baths on the main level, plus three additional bedrooms with baths downstairs, along with a separate guesthouse with one bedroom, one bath.

Facilities include a gym, media room, games room, wine room and security cameras. In the modern interior, skateboards, works of art and sports monuments hang from the large gallery walls.

Now 33, the hunky actor and singer became acquainted with the trilogy of “High School Musical” movies.
