Yeston has unveiled its all-new anime-inspired custom graphics card, the GeForce RTX 3070 Sakura Hitomi. The graphics card has already been announced in the Radeon RX 6800 XT flavor, but due to extremely high demand, Yeston is now bringing the variant to the GeForce RTX series.
Yeston Brings Sakura Hitomi, Anime-Inspired Design, to GeForce RTX 3070 Series Graphics Card – Features White PCB and Massive Triple Fan Cooling
According to Yeston itself, the GeForce RTX 3070 Sakura Hitomi graphics card comes with a 1770 MHz boost clock which is a 45 MHz overclock over the Founders Edition variant. The card has two 8-pin connectors for boot and has a single HDMI and triple DisplayPort output configuration for monitor connection.
The graphics card has a triple-fan cooling in a 2.5-slot design with the leaves shaped like rose petals. There are 9 knives on each fan, and the front cover has solid rods that extend everywhere. The card has white, purple and blue hues that look very nice and give a nice deviation from the flashy and colorful designs we have seen on game-oriented custom designs. When it comes to the circuit board, it uses a custom design with a white color that only a few cards have to offer.
GeForce RTX 3070 Sakura comes with a specially painted back plate that has an anime-waifu laser etched over it. The PCB does not appear to offer any cutouts for the third fan, as it only extends to the second fan, leaving space under the third fan. It appears that the third fan blows air out from the sides instead of the back, which also works since the main purpose of the third fan is to cool the heat sink under it.
The manufacturer states that the card will be launched on January 2, 2021 in limited quantities. The card will be held exclusively for the Asian Pacific market, but can be sent to the US and the EU through online retailers. Yeston also states that they have prepared three different mystery boxes for 3 lucky buyers who would pre-purchase the GeForce RTX 3070 Sakura Hitomi graphics card. The mystery boxes include a Sakura Hitomi-inspired keyboard, PC chassis or a 240mm X ID AIO liquid cooler.
