In addition, Microsoft has a new Xbox Insiders pilot program that looks promising for its most loyal Xbox users.

Microsoft’s secret Xbox Series X availability
- Microsoft has redirected the Xbox console inventory to the Xbox Insiders application
- Beta testers (of new dashboards and the like) get access to buy a console
- It requires you to turn on the Xbox One console
The Microsoft store has not had any major inventory in the US months. Why? This is in part because the company is now redirecting some of the Xbox Series X inventory to a pilot program designed to help its most loyal Xbox fans get the new Series X console.
The Xbox Insiders Xbox Series X upgrade plan is actually a great incentive for people who want to beta test test dashboard tweaks and other system updates that Microsoft is developing for their consoles, and if you are stuck testing things on an old Xbox One and want to upgrade to new ones Xbox Series X, you really should be the first in line.
Note: You must turn on Xbox One to sign in to the Xbox Insiders application. You can not do this online, nor can you find the menu on an Xbox Series X. This prevents Xbox Series X owners from ordering a new console from the brand new system.
Xbox Series X Stock News: Walmart and Best Buy
- Walmart can be this Thursday, July 15 at 2:30 or 3:00 p.m.
- Best Buy may be this week or, more likely next week, given stock
Xbox Series X update news has been slow lately, and the last huge recovery date was at Walmart July 1st. But what we noticed is that the console was far easier to buy than previous weeks and months. This is a good sign.
Here is what we noticed:
- July 1: Walmart had it in stock for about 14 minutes (it’s always a Thursday)
- June 24 and 29: Best Buy had the Xbox Series X in stock for about 29 minutes
- Costco had a package with an expensive SSD in stock for an entire weekend
The same thing happened on June 24 and June 29 when there was one Best buy Xbox Series X recovers. The console sat there for only a few minutes without selling out (although availability is by region despite being sold online, so you can see another alert in stock where you live), and it was sold for MSRP. Even GameStop was willing to sell the new Xbox in stores without forcing a one-time package in June.
Finally, there is usually a Costco package that includes MLB The Show and an SDD that gets a little pricey, but it was available for purchase for an entire weekend. This is a much better option than resorting to a retailer, who will charge you the same price for the console only.
So while we have not seen the new Xbox in stock at retailers in recent days (besides a random one BJs Wholesale There is a lot of promise in the next two weeks, as GameStop, Best Buy and Walmart will all carry the Microsoft console.
Here are some options for buying the Xbox Series X.
It’s become easier to buy the Xbox Series X in recent weeks, and yes, there has been no large stock since July 1st, but from June 24th to July 1st just * sat there * … in stock at both Best Buy (twice) and Walmart for several minutes. 👇When + where to check https://t.co/Sv1ezGuERV July 11, 2021
Redesign Xbox Series X: Daily Online Online
- The goal of Xbox Recovery is online locally almost every morning
- Only a few zip codes have Xbox Series X for sale – and only a few consoles
- This is very different from the nationwide Xbox Series X inventory before
Every morning Goal have Xbox Series X in stock at random stores that can be purchased online (no, you can not purchase Xbox in stores in the United States at this time). The problem is that it is difficult to issue Twitter alerts when there are usually select stores in a city, and there are as few as five consoles as part of the Xbox warehouse.
Target has switched from a nationwide recovery date to offering the Xbox Series X locally (again only to be purchased online purchased in stores), and it has Xbox consoles for sale when they arrive every morning.
Xbox All-Access is often the silent rebuild
- Walmart and GameStop had the Xbox Series X in stock through All Access for several weeks, and no one noticed
- The pay-as-you-go program hooks you into a 24-month contract
Stores like Walmart and GameStop often re-create the Xbox Series X through the Xbox All Access package, which works much like a smartphone plan. You pay for the console over time, but you are also signed up for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate (which is actually something you should look into buying with an Xbox anyway).
After 24 months, you save a few dollars with this Xbox Series X plan, but you’re on the hook and have to pay for it for two years.
We continue to offer updates to the Xbox Series X as stores such as Best Buy, Walmart and GameStop mature to make the Microsoft console available for purchase. After all, they have to compete with the Nintendo OLED pre-orders.
