New Year's seems to Be the theme for at least one of the Season 7, Week 4 challenges in Fortnite: Battle Royale Christmas has come and gone and it's time to go to the stranger, smaller holiday that comes right afterward. Fortnite has big plans for New Year's Eve, but today we seem to be warming things up by launching some celebratory fireworks in the game Read on for map, guide and locations for where to launch three fireworks in ] Fortnite: Battle Royale

First of all, Fireworks are an environmental object in the game and not some sort of weapon: it might be tad confusing given the fixed array of exploding devices we have access to, any number of which Could easily be used to celebrate the New Year ket stuck in the ground. They all seem to be vaguely pointed towards the edge of the map. When you light them, they sort of fizzle and pop up high in the air: it's not all that dramatic, at least if you're playing on Switch, like I am now. Here's where you're in text form:

  • By the houses of The Block, formerly Risky Reels
  • By some Rocks slightly northeast of Wailing Woods, close the sort of modified house / dog structure.
  • At the way Southern edge of the map in the Desert Biome. The river falls off the map in a waterfall: follow the river up one ledge and the firework is by a little shack.

There are probably more, but three is too bad, and this won't take all that long if you've got a handy guide.

Between the epic Noms search and this, you'll be doing a fair amount of hunting this week. Add to the 14 Days of Fortnite and there is no shortage of non-combat challenges to the map completing, which is my favorite way to play the game: Fortnite, to me , it's best when it's a strange, match-based MMO and not quite as much a strictly multiplayer shooter.
