An idea like no other War zone the players have suggested involves the addition of a real-time weather system to the game. This can help spice fights a little more based on the weather effects that will occur in Verdansk. It’s uncertain if this will end up fulfilling, but the idea behind it is cool and can provide War zone feels so much fresher.
While weather systems are a popular idea, another notion is that Zombies can come into being Call of Duty: Warzone. The popular secondary mode in the Call of Duty series has not crossed over War zone yet, but these storms seem to tease that something dark may soon come down on Verdansk. Not to mention, there have been a few other peas in recent days that point to the arrival of Zombies fast enough.
No matter what these storms tease, there is a good chance that it will be revealed in season 2 of Call of Duty: Warzone. While Activision has not revealed all the details of the free-to-play shooter next season, it is scheduled to begin around the end of February. With this in mind, we should start learning a lot more in the next week or two.
