“If you’re a Titanfall fan, stay on season 9.”
Tension up, Titanfall fans – “lots” of Titanfall-flavored content is coming to the spin-off Battle Royale, Apex Legends.
During a panel on BrownGirlGamerCode, Apex senior author Ashley Reed suggested that the studio was working “to integrate Titanfall” into future updates, as “Titanfall is very much a part of the universe”.
“Next season – season 9 – you’re actually going to see lots of Titanfall come back into the game, somehow,” Grenier suggested (thanks, Dexerto). “I’ve told some people before, if you’re a Titanfall fan, stay in season 9 because there’s going to be some really cool stuff there.”
When it comes to details? Unfortunately, neither Grenier nor Reed could be drawn on further details, so all we can do for now is look at this room.
ICYMI, Respawn recently banned two Apex Predators on Xbox that captured DDoS on a server to win a game.
After videos of the suspicious behavior appeared on reddit, Respawn security analyst Conor “Hideouts” Ford confirmed that the couple is banned.
This is not the first time Respawn has had to deal with serious cheating problems in the game’s ranked mode: teaming has often been a problem, with some predators being taken to form six-man teams to give themselves an advantage, something Respawn said it would investigate after that several top players were accused of cheating to get ahead.
