E3 2021’s first of many online press conferences started on Saturday with Ubisoft Forward. Based on last week’s teaser and the official description of the event, we have been waiting to see future publishers who Far Cry 6, Rainbow Six Extraction, and Riders Republic, along with updates to Assassin’s Creed ValhallaFor the honor, Watch Dogs: Legion, and The crew 2.
Here is an overview of today’s biggest announcements from Ubisoft Forward E3 2021.
Rainbow 6 recovery
We got a new look at the upcoming one Rainbow 6 recovery, den spin-off for Rainbow Six Siegeoutbreak mode. The game was originally supposed to be called Rainbow Six Quarantine, but after the pandemic in 2020, Ubisoft changed its name to Excerpt.
The deep dive game recording shows Excerptare operators in an Alaskan Archaean ecosystem when they encounter aliens such as Grunts, Spikers, Rooters, Smashers, Lurkers and Apex.
Rainbow 6 recovery will be released on September 16 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X. The game will also include cross-country games, allowing players to play together across different platforms.
Learn guitar with Rocksmith +
Ubisoft’s 10-year-old Rocksmith franchise will be an “interactive music learning subscription service” with its next entry, Rocksmith +. We got to see Rocksmith +’s Riff Repeater and progress tracking, along with a promise of an expanded library.

We got to see the extreme sports table Riders Republicits hub, along with views of 6-v-6 competitions, career mode, mass racing and even an exploration mode.
Ubisoft also gave players a look at mountain biking in the first person, snowboarding around parks and gliding between the mountains with a rocket-powered jetpack. There are races across all of these sports, including rocket-powered pedal bikes to go with your new jetpack.
Riders Republic launches on Amazon Luna, Google Stadium, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X on September 2.
Rainbow Six Siege
Rainbow Six Siege’s sixth year promises improvements in quality of life, including cross games coming next year.
We got to see the game’s newest Defensive Operator, Thunderbird. Thunderbird preview came in the form of a beautifully animated trailer where the new operator takes on a bear with a flame gun and lives to tell the story.
Thunderbird will be available as part of SiegeNorth Star update and event, starting next week June 14th.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
The already gigantic world of Valhalla gets even bigger. After The peace of the Druids, we looked at the next expansion, The siege of Paris. including black box infiltration missions, new equipment and enemies.
Ubisoft also announced the education Discovery Tour: Viking Age coming this fall.
Even more expansions will come next year.
We got an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming film Werewolves inside, hits theaters June 25 and streams July 2.
Far Cry 6
We got an introduction to the future Far Cry 6his story and met Giancarlo Espositos’ Anton Castillo.
We have already seen a leaked video today showing the return of former villains from the franchise. Ubisoft Forward showed us the official season ticket after the launch of the content trailer including Vaas, Pagan and Joseph.
Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope
Another leak called the sequel to the 2017s Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle coming to Switch next year – Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope. We got full disclosure of this planet jumping crossover including Rabbid versions of Super Mario Galaxy characters like Rabbid Rosalina.
Avatar is a video game now?
Ubisoft’s Snowdrop engine returns James Cameron’s Pandora in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, coming in 2022.
