Sin, but Microsoft has added a somewhat more serious problem, which affects some Lenovo PCs, which may cause them to fail.

Restart the affected machine using the Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI). Turn off safe start and then restart.
If BitLocker is enabled on your machine, you may need to go through BitLocker recovery after Safe Boot is disabled.

The problem only affects PCs on the 1607 ie the 2016 anniversary update, which used KB4483229, and thus most likely business cartridges that could delay updates.
Due to the severity of the vulnerability, which was exploited in the wild, there is no reason to vomit it not a reason not to install patches, but it can make a case of delaying the installation for a week or two for to allow multiple brave users to find the pitfalls first.
