Appsee has not yet detected any references to "iPad8,6 "or" iPad8.7 "in the logs, but it's likely that the models still exist if they are not used in a way that can be seen by third party analytics.
The logs also suggest that there are two different resolutions of the iPad Pro- the screen in use and the same as the existing 10.5 inch and 12.9 inch models. While the logs indicate the potential resolution, it is not possible to determine the physical dimensions of each device, which rumors suggests, may have a similar screen size, but with a smaller edge ring, which results in a total reduction in size or for a 10.5-inch model to have a larger 11-inch display while physically resembling its predecessor.
The lower four model identifiers apparently have a resolution of 1,112 with 834 points and the upper two have 1,366 with 1,024 points. As iPad Pro uses a high resolution @ 2x modifier, MacRumors reports the actual resolutions, resulting in 2,224 of 1,668 and 2,732 of 2,048, respectively.
The numbers also suggest that the screens will have the same 4: 3 conditions as the current models, despite any potential changes in size.
