Lara's journey to become the eponymous Tomb Raider comes to an end with Eidos Montreal's conclusion in the reboot trilogy. Although Shadow of the Tomb Raider has lots of accessibility features to make it easier (or harder) on you, depending on your needs or preferences, there are still some tips you will want to know before starting the adventure.
Whether you prefer the honeymoon or go to a firearm, it's always a good idea to pick up the gun mower early. Sometimes an arrow to the head just does not cut it, and with the extra power and speed of the gun you can easily shoot more enemies in silence. It's great to get out of sticky situations, especially if you do not want to alert everyone nearby.
The earliest you can buy the gun silencer is from the trader in Kuwaq Yaku, the first village you can explore after reaching Peru. If you happen to continue in the game and have not bought it yet, you can still find it at other malls.
Talk to NPCs
When you go through villages, you will notice It's NPCs you can communicate with. You should always talk to them! While you can hear some conversations that lead to nothing, you will often get page assignments to complete. These site missions not only help you achieve XP and items, but they can also unlock otherwise blocked areas of the map. Do you see an eye-catching-looking wall that you can not get past whatever you do, but it still feels like you're supposed to break through? There may be a reason and you can find out what you need if you download the current page.
In the Hidden City of Paititi there are certain NPCs that you can only talk to while wearing a particular outfit. Do not worry about this too much. You will acquire these outfits through your natural progress through the game's main story.
Unlock Caiman's breath and Caiman's speed skills
Do you see these red dots? It's piranhas. They will mess you up. Do not leave them.
The shadow of the Tomb Raider has many underwater sections. Likes a lot. And Lara always finds some kind of jam. To reduce any frustrations in these sections, I would recommend unlocking Caiman's Breath and Caiman Speed skills early.
Caiman's Preat allows Lara to keep his breath longer while underwater. There are air pockets strewn around, so you're not completely helpless, but it's a good idea to get this skill when you have many close conversations to run out of breath. These annoying slogans take up a surprising amount of time.
Caiman's Speed, however, allows you to swim faster. Combined with Caiman's breath, you become Michael Phelps from Peru and should have no problem avoiding unnecessary threats.
Do not ignore Gold or Jade Mouth Set
You'll find chump change here or there from looting dead bodies, but the big money actually comes from natural resources, you'll find around the environment. When you see Gold or Jade Mouth inserts (many times these will be under water): Grab them. When you sell these to sellers, you can shave in a lot of money, thousands of times if you have enough savings. Gold ore goes to 50 pieces while Jade night's 100.
If you want to buy better weapons and weapon models, this is one of the easiest ways to make money fast.
Explore the environment thoroughly
As its predecessors, Shadow of the Tomb Raider encourages you to explore the environment. Challenge graves, hidden cryptos and collectibles are just waiting to be found, but they need a good eye to do it. Tomb Raider denies many of these to interfere with the surroundings. You will not always get a glowing guy who says "Hi! I'm here!" A few hidden clues you will find when walking outside the beaten path will even contain new equipment for Lara.
Lara is an archaeologist. She has an insatiable curiosity about the world around her. If you decide to reflect this in how you play, you will be rewarded with secrets other players have not discovered. And you get more skill points from your XP to increase.
Upgrade equipment and outfits often
When you go to a basilica, you can upgrade your equipment through the storage menu. Always take time if you have enough materials. Each of your weapons can be upgraded to make them lethal, faster, and able to hold more ammunition.
That way you can make clothes that give Lara benefits while she's out and bounces in caves and deviates from Trinity. Do not just stick to anything the story throws on you because many of these do not give any bonuses like making Lara more difficult to detect.
You may not harm the poor innocent Capybaras, but you may need to. Animal skins are used to upgrade weapons and make new outfits. You will be able to find animals that have already died in the jungle, probably from a jaguar or other predator, but you can not rely on these slaughterhouses to provide you with sufficient amount of materials, nor should you rely on the storage you & # 39; Also available in boxes. You have to do some of the hard work yourself and take things in your own hands.
