Samsung Galaxy Note 9: Is it New? In a way. Improved? You can bet that. | Technology

I've never been a fan of Samsung's voice assistant, called Bixby, even though he's getting better.

Note 9 has a dedicated Bixby button on the left, even if you can call him up by saying "Hey, Bixby." And no, you can not map that button to do anything more.

Prices and Availability

Samsung is proud of Galaxy Note 9. There are two configurations – 128 GB of memory with 6 GB of RAM for $ 1000 or 512 Gb and 8 GB of RAM for $ 1,250.

These prices are close to iPhone X, which has two configurations of $ 999 and $ 1,149, but half of the storage on Note 9 and no microSD tracks.

Sales begin August. 24. You can buy a note 9 unlocked from Samsung or retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Target and Walmart.

It is also available from the four major carriers, most of which have promotions and deals to make the phone cheaper. Check with your carrier for more information.

Note 9 is available in sea blue (deep blue) or lavender purple.

Conclusions

Note 9 is the best Android handset. Period.

Heck, for $ 1

000, it was better to be the best. Is it worth the price? I think so.

It has a battery and display that runs circles around my iPhone 8 Plus. It has massive storage and RAM and a very good processor.

Should I buy the note 9?

I'm an iPhone user, so I'm waiting to see what Apple announces in a few weeks. I'm more likely to go with Apple, but if I wanted to switch to Android or if I was a prolonged Android user, I would buy the note 9 in the heart – as a rule, note 9 can measure a built-in heart rate sensor along with a pulse oximeter.

Advantages: Note 9 has better features than Note 8 in almost all ways, although it is not much new this year. Big screen, and the S-Pen remote control is cool.

Cons: Expensive, and Bixby is not good.

Bottom line: It has more of all people want in a phone while still keeping things known.
