She revealed her method and said: ” I have never hidden that I love the love of reality TV, and during the lock I have followed the Vanderpump rules again …
I honestly can not get enough of it. When I watch reality TV, I can lie on the couch and turn my head from what is happening. That’s my thing – and that’s pure escapism. ‘
At the pandemic, she said: ” I enjoyed doing the little things I normally did not have time to do, such as cooking, going for a walk and cycling …

That’s why it’s so important to be kind to yourself. A wellness evening, a relaxed evening where you order your favorite food – no matter what makes you feel good. For me, it’s a movie night and ice cream. ‘
