Razer's first Android smartphone was announced less than a year ago, and today the company has confirmed that the sequel Razer Phone 2 will launch on October 10th.
The best gifts for Android users
Just this week, the first leaked image of Razer Phone 2 hits the web, revealing a design that is almost identical to the original. In that picture, we noted the date as a teaser for a possible event, and probably, only one day later, Razer sent out save the dates for October 10th.
Razer does not reveal too many details in his image sent to press members, but the bright green contour clearly clarifies the phone's design. In the same way as yesterday's leaked picture, it shows that Razer Phone 2 wants a familiar design. The event itself will take place October 10th in California. Once again, the main note will be hosted by Razer's CEO Min-Liang Tan.
We still expect Razer Phone 2 to offer another 5.7-inch screen with a 120Hz panel, as well as an updated Snapdragon 845 chipset. It is also expected that the phone will support the company's Chroma LED effects.
