Pixel 5a leak shows a headphone jack, flat screen and a familiar design

Steve Hemmerstoffer, aka OnLeaks, is back with our first look at a rendition of Google’s next mid-range phone, Pixel 5a. Inhibitors previously nailed the design of the Pixel 4a all the way back in January 2020, so it’s smart to take the Pixel 5a information seriously.

There really is not much to look at in renderings since the Pixel 5a looks identical to previous Pixel devices like the Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5, and it is not that much different from the Pixel 4a. In this case, Google will not fix what is not corrupted. The design looks completely modern with slim frames and a hole camera, and it is not really necessary to demand change for the sake of change.

Like a few other mid-range phones, the Pixel 5a offers some design decisions you may prefer over a flagship smartphone. There is a flat screen without curved sides, a headphone jack and a capacitive fingerprint reader at the back. Inhibitors say the phone has a plastic back, stereo speakers and a 6.2-inch screen, which is a size increase over the 5.8-inch Pixel 4a.

The back has an unknown extra camera, but if Google follows the lead of the Pixel 4a 5G and Pixel 5, the camera will have a wide-angle lens. After using the same camera sensor on Pixel 2, 3, 4 and 5, will 5a be the first time in four years Google upgrades the camera̵

7;s hardware? It may be too much to ask from an intercom.

We are still missing the other important details, such as the specifications and a price. Pixel 3a was $ 400 and Pixel 4a was $ 350, which made them both hard to argue with when you got good performance for so little.

There are some who guess when Pixel 5a comes out. Pixel 4a was first leaked eight months before it was launched in August, but much of that time was probably due to delays from COVID-19. Pixel 3a was launched in the middle of the year on Google I / O 2019, but there is a good chance that there will not even be a Google I / O this year.
