In 2019 Nintendo launched Tetris 99 as a free Battle Royale game for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers before you try Super Mario Bros. 35 temporarily, and now it is following up on these games Pac-Man 99.
The game is available exclusively on Switch for people with online subscriptions, and allows players to eat Power Pellets to make ghosts vulnerable. Once the players have eaten them, the ghosts become a Jammer Pac-Man, who goes after opponents and slows them down, as the field slowly wins from 99 participants to one winner.
The base game is available without a subscription, while optional DLC adds CPU mode, time attacks and various custom themes, with some of the themes referring to classic Bandai games. Themes are available for $ 2 each, while players can purchase the add-ons in a $ 1
Pac-Man 99 will start on the switch tomorrow April 7 at. 21 ET. Switch Online subscribers can pre-load it now by going to the Nintendo website so that they will be ready when the servers open.
