Although we do not expect 2019's slate with Android flagships to look drastically different from those we saw this year, the slow march against total elimination of bezels will inevitably continue. Just last year, Samsung gave us a glimpse into the future during the developer conference by displaying a variety of display designs that would soon penetrate their line, either shrinking or shutting down the phone completely.
Other phones makers undoubtedly work with their own solutions, and over the weekend, the clever concept designer Waqar Khan shared his latest creation: An Early Look at OnePlus 7. While many concepts push the boundaries of logic, Khan's concept actually seems like an achievable goal for it Chinese company.
As you can see in the video below, the OnePlus 7 Khan perception is not too bad from the design of the latest OnePlus phone: OnePlus 6T. Take a look at our OnePlus 6T review to look into the 201
Not only does the conceptual OnePlus 7 look incredibly slim but we've already seen smartphones similar front camera holes, including Samsung's new Galaxy A8s, which utilizes the company's Infinity-O display. That said, it is possible that Samsung will be the only major brand to release a flagship with this specific design draw next year, as the Galaxy S10 line is expected to pick up where the A8 ended in early 2019.
We still know nothing definite about OnePlus 7. In fact, OnePlus 7 may not even be the next OnePlus phone. The company has already confirmed that it is working on a 5G phone for next year (like Samsung, LG and others), but there are indications that it may be a deviation from the main line.
