NVIDIA partners GALAX & Gainward have released BIOS for GeForce RTX 3090, RTX 3080, RTX 3070, RTX 3060 Ten graphics cards that support the Resizable BAR feature. The RTX 3060 is so far the only GeForce RTX 30 series graphics card that supported Resizable BAR, but NVIDIA AIBs are now releasing BIOS support for the rest of the cards.
NVIDIA partners begin rolling out vBIOS for GeForce RTX 3090, RTX 3080, RTX 3070, RTX 3060 Ti graphics cards to support BAR size

What makes updating the BIOS on a graphics card more risky than a motherboard is that most graphics cards do not have a dual-BIOS design. If you accidentally lose power or your PC becomes haywire during the process, you might as well say the color of your graphics card. It is also not recommended to install the BIOS on an unsupported graphics card. Only the models listed for support should be updated with the respective BIOS.
User cooldogman16 on NVIDIA subreddit (via Sebastian Castellanos) says that NVIDIA and the rest of AIB will release the respective vBIOS for Founders Edition and various custom models by the end of March or next Tuesday. EVGA has stated that they will release the BIOS for the GeForce RTX 30 series graphics card also on Tuesday as mentioned in a tweet:
In addition to the Z590, Z490, X299 and Z390, the Z370 motherboards are now also ready for resizable BAR.
The Resizable BAR update will be released 03/30 for all GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics cards.

The VBIOS file comes wrapped in a DOS-built firmware updater that checks for the need for a firmware update for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series, and continues to allow you to use the update. Once again, the warning is given that losing power will damage the graphics card.
Another Redditor, known as El-Maximo-Bango, has updated the GALAX GeForce RTX 3090 SG graphics card and posted a screenshot showing that the NVIDIA GPU BIOS firmware is actually up to date and now supports Resizable-BAR.
You can find the BIOS in the download links below. Again, use them at your own risk and make sure you use the correct graphics card version listed in the support panel.
In our own testing, we found NVIDIA Resizable BAR technology to give a decent boost to the performance of our custom GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card, you can read more about it here.
