The week-long trial period can be played from December 30 to January 5
Complete game trials are something I would like to see more of in general, and also especially for multiplatform games. Sometimes you want to see – and feel – how a particular game runs on the Switch, you know?
This week, Nintendo is hosting one of its rare Nintendo Switch Online gaming trials. If you have a membership and are in the kart racing mood, you can play the full version of Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled from Wednesday 30 December at 11.00 PT to Tuesday 5 January at 23:59 PT.

By “full version” they mean you are playing CTR Nitro-Fueled alone, locally or online – the latter is a bloodbath! This is one of those games that many people are confusingly good at. They are monsters. Don `t trust anyone.
If you are wondering if this limited time promotion is worth the hassle, I would say so. The file size is 9.3 GB.
Crash Team Racing is not currently on sale on the Switch, but it’s down to $ 14 on the PS4 and Xbox One.
