Netflix no longer allows Apple users to subscribe via their iTunes account. Existing users on iOS devices don't have to worry, as this new change only affects new subscribers.
According to the common questions, existing subscribers billed through iTunes can continue with their current billing method until it is canceled. iTunes billing will not be available to new customers or new customers. This means that new subscribers must subscribe by adding a valid credit / debit card or purchasing a 7 Eleven Netflix gift card.
