The recently launched MagSafe battery pack for iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max is now available for in-store pickup at Apple Stores in a number of countries and regions around the world.
Spot checks show that customers in the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, Japan and China can now order a “MagSafe Battery Pack” on Apple’s website or in the Apple Store app and arrange pick-up at the store at a local retailer. In-store pickup may be one of the only ways to get a “MagSafe battery pack” immediately, as mail orders already have a moderate delay of around one to two weeks.
Priced at $ 99 in the US, the agMagSafe battery pack attaches magnetically to the back of the 12iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro or iPhone 12 Pro Max, providing extra battery life. Apple says the battery pack is capable of charging iPhone wirelessly at up to 5 W while on the go, or up to 15 W when the battery pack is connected to a 20 W or higher power adapter with a Lightning to USB-C cable.
