If you wear glasses and want to use Magic Leap's mixed reality header sets, it's good news. Magic Leap finally receives prescription posts for its Magic Leap One headset, as mentioned in an email from the company.
You can order these prescription posts for a hefty $ 249 from FramesDirect, and they are suggested anti-reflective. They are available in two sizes and you must provide a prescription and student distance when booking. They also do not support people who are foresight and only provide prescription up to -7.50, so if you are extremely close-up, you will also be without luck.
When you get the prescription posts, you can withdraw the default bet and snap into the new ones. You must also open the settings and enter the prescription manually in Magic Leap One each time you install or remove prescription lenses.
The Magic Leap One Creator Edition headset will be sent in August to $ 2,295. Currently, it offers a limited series of experiences, but more is added over time, such as the interactive storybook Luna: Moondust Garden .
In this price range, you can easily order multiple sets of contact lenses to be used with your headset instead. But if you only use glasses, your efforts will certainly be more comfortable.
