After $ 2.3 billion in funding andsecrets, Magic Leap is actually sending its first headset ̵
Today, maybe – because it looks like images of Magic Leap's suggested user interface, just leaked out online!
As mentioned by TechCrunch, users on Reddit and Twitter publish releases that appear to be taken directly from the company's Creator Portal, a site that.
They display an interface similar towhere you sometimes interact with flat menus that float in front of your face, but can also point virtual images, virtual TV screens, and even 3D virtual objects to specific places in your real world. (See above.)
Magic Leap seems to call these virtual objects "prisms", which of course makes sense because some of them are three-dimensional. Here is a close-up of the "prisme" gallery:
The leaked images also suggest that Magic Leap lets you interact with other users on day one since they show a group chat feature where you obviously want to create your own avatar.
Magic Leap also seems to have a mobile app that doubles as an additional check:
Magic Leap confirmed to CNET that the pictures are legitimate, but also that they are screenshots – not caught through the lens, which means they are not necessarily what you want to see.
"These photos were part of Magic Leap's latest SDK update earlier in the week to give context to developers who do not have access to hardware," said a Magic Leap representative via email.
Separately, the Magic Leap producer Naomi Yee is tweeting examples of cool things developers can build like a plane that can fly around in your room or a car that rages your walls:
We tells you what we find as we approach the Magic Leap full start.
