Some owners of the new professional notebooks have taken to Reddit and Apple's support forums to detect their dissatisfaction with the periodic issues affecting the embedded speakers. Some users have uploaded video videos to YouTube, showing random crackling sounds while playing music through the speakers in apps like iTunes, GarageBand and YouTube itself.

There is no consensus yet about what can cause the problems, but MacRumor's reports users wonder about the possibility that the problem may be caused by radio noise, audio driver problems, or the T2 chip.
Someone has resolved the issue by resetting SMC and NVRAM on their Mac. Deactivation of Hey Siri has also worked for a user, but it is not yet an official solution. As the problem does not appear to be common, it is also advisable to contact Apple Support. This is a brand new MacBook, so it can be careful to return it to a new model.
