Logitech Releases MX Vertical Ergonomic Mouse | News and opinions



If you have pain in your wrist or arm while using a mouse, chances are good. You will benefit from switching to an ergonomic mouse. Logitech has made such a mouse and promises 10 percent less muscle strain and reduced wrist pressure for $ 100.

The research that went into developing this mouse also showed that the ideal vertical angle to reduce muscle load is 57 degrees, which also happens with Logitech's natural hand pressure position.

The sensor inside the MX Vertical is 4.000DPI for high precision, with cursor speed and accuracy customizable at a touch of a button. The scroll wheel maintains the regular mid-button function, and Logitech Flow allows pairing and switching between three devices so your mouse goes with you from device to device.

Three types of connectivity are provided, allowing you to connect using USB-C charging cable, Logitech's unified receiver, or over Bluetooth. When it comes to charging, it allows for a quick instant charge for three hours of use, where the full charge of 240mAh lithium polymer battery provides up to four months of use.

MX Vertical costs $ 99.99 and for what you get the mouse, a unified receiver and a USB-C charging cable in the box. Shipping is free from Logitech directly, but orders will not be shipped out until September, when stores will also get stock.
