Lance Reddick is now Voice Acting Destiny Memes

Lance Reddick is a famous actor, with major roles in The cord and John Wick, among other things. He is also the voice FateCommander Zavala, and apparently not over giving fans wishes to vote out the memes they send him.

That’s what he did yesterday Fate plays xMechanizex sent him a meme taken from the Season of the Chosen opening scene, which went live earlier this week. In it, Cabal Empress Caiatl tells Reddick’s character Zavala to bend the knee to accept an alliance against their mutual enemies. Zavala rejects, and they separate, kicking off the game’s final round with alien bloodshed.

This led to some players joking that Zavala should actually have gone in and reminded the Empress how many times players have collectively kicked Cabal’s donkeys before. Big bads have become a tough sale in a game that is about cultivating them ad nauseum for cool prey. And then a new one Fate meme was born, and later immortalized thanks to Reddick’s very serious behavior of it:
