Kelley Flanagan has responded to accusations from her ex Peter Weber that she had been ‘calculated’ and pressured ‘for a headline’ after the split.
In a video posted on YouTube, The Bachelor alum, 29, once again shared his side of the story of their breakup, refuting a claim Peter, 29, had made about how a friend of hers had said it would take a ‘ grandiose gesture ‘from his side to get in touch with her again.
That friend, says Kelley, was actually her astrologer, whom Peter contacted to read a natal chart.
Strike back: Kelley Flanagan has responded to the accusations from her ex Peter Weber that she had been ‘calculated’ and pressured ‘for a headline’ after the split
Kelley’s video was posted after several parties had commented on the split, which began to rub her in the wrong way.
Peter recently responded to an appearance Kelley made on the podcast Chicks In The Office, in which he labeled her many comments about the split as “intended” and an attempt to land in headlines.
Understandably, this did not go well with Kelley, who eventually posted the YouTube video after various comments started with snowballs.
“Usually I let it slip, but when there are things out there that are misunderstood, I should always keep to myself as I think everyone else should,” Kelley said in the video.

‘And this is a kind of reference to what is being said about me: that I am intended, that I want to make headlines, that I am unlucky, and things like that.’
Kelley revealed that her decision to give more interviews on the subject was motivated by her aversion to the ‘story’ given about the split.
She also questioned his behavior after the breakup.
‘The bear was stung. There were many things that even happened, to be respected, to go and hang out with my family friends and post everywhere. I was just like I do not understand. When you end up bad with someone, you will think that they will just try to respect you a little and just go their way instead of reaching out to my friends. ‘
‘The bear was stung’: Although Kelley did not give exact details, she continually claimed that the relationship ended ‘badly’ and asked Peter’s behavior after the breakup.
As for his friend Peter says that he reached out to get in touch with Kelley after the split: ‘It was not my friend he reached out to see how I was doing, it was my astrologer to read his birth chart.
‘And he asked her for advice on how to get in touch with her because I know she’s not my biggest fan for good reasons. Understood my anger behind it and her advice to him was “Hey, I do not think she is your biggest fan, and I think it will have to make a big gesture.” ‘
‘Again, not my words, it’s my astrologer from whom he read a birth chart and asked about me during it.’
On top of the world! Weber kept Peter on top of a hill during one of their many quarantine adventures
After her previous appearance on Chicks In The Office, Peter shared his side of the story on his podcast, Bachelors In The City.
‘I thought it was very calculated,’ said the former bachelor. I thought, after hearing how it went, that it was really trying to push for a headline. Like I said, very calculated, very unfortunate. ‘
Peter and Kelley split at the end of 2020 after triggering a quarantine romance in March of that year.
Things seemed to be going well for the couple up to that point, based on their many beloved Instagram photos.
The couple came together in a rather unconventional way after Peter’s season of The Bachelor.
Peter had recently ended an engagement with his latest rose choice Hannah Sluss, but ended up reviving things with Kelley, a contestant he dumped on the season of the show.
