Bonneville Salt Flats, the Holy Speed, is currently host to the ever-popular Bonneville Speed Week, and Kawasaki is on its way to it with a specialized Ninja H2 in the hands of Team 38. A key component in Kawasaki & # 39 ; s racing legacy; Team 38 is a collection of test riders, engineers and enthusiasts. This will be the second attempt on Ninja H2 on the old lacquer. The team learned many important aspects of their first attempt with the Ninja H2 in the salt flats two years back.
Bonneville Speed Week continues from 11th to 18th of August and has different categories of speed records. But it's so far unclear what category Kawasaki enters into the Ninaj H2. Kawasaki Ninja H2 is the friendlier version of the more hostile and focused Ninja H2R.

Ninja H2, Ninja H2 Carbon and Ninja H2R have all been updated with the most powerful H2 engine yet. Torque is also up to 8.2 Nm, so now it is 141.7 Nm. This places H2 significantly before you like 214 hp Ducati Panigale V4 or 226 hp with Akrapovič exhaust.

Kawasaki's first trip to Bonneville Salt Flats was back in 1967 when Team 38 put a total of 14 AMA speed tracks, which is also a record of the number of records that are inserted for a year. This year, Kawi tries another speed record, but we do not know exactly any one.

What we do know that senior rider Shigeru Yamashita will rebel a specially prepared H2 and the project's tagline for the 2018 race is "#beyondspeed". How far is it, we'll find out soon.
