With almost two weeks to go to Apple's iPhone XS revealing event, the company released another iOS 12-developer beta. This marks the third beta version for the past eight days, and with so much time left before public rollout of the updated operating system, there is a chance that we will see another beta release or two before all is said and done. The good news is that the newest beta fixes a pretty bad mistake.
On Thursday nights, many iOS 12 beta users began to bombard popup windows on their devices that informed them about the following: "A new iOS update is now available. Please update from iOS 12 beta." It was No update at the time, but the latest beta release stops the phone from calling you an update.
