Google is rolling out a feature to its iPhone app that allows you to quickly delete the last 15 minutes of the search history with just two taps.
It’s rolling out in the Google app for iPhone now and will be available to Android users later this year. This means you may not see it available right away, but you should start seeing it soon.
Please note that this is not the Chrome app you can use on iPhone, instead it is the most important Google app. But it will still delete everything you’ve searched for in Google using Chrome.
All you need to do is:
Delete the last 15 minutes of Google history on iPhone
Todd Haselton | CNBC
- Open the Google app on iPhone.
- Tap your profile icon at the top right of the page.
- Press “Delete last 15 min.”
That’s it! You have removed everything you searched for in the last 15 minutes.
Pro Tip: Tap the “Search History” button and set it to auto-delete every three months to remove your Google web and app activity as often as possible using Google’s auto-delete tool.
