Garmin Vivosmart 4 was revealed earlier today by IFA 2018 in several colors. This durable sports and training band tracks user activities in ways that are well advanced beyond its predecessor, and it is clear to roll in high style, as well. This version of Vivosmart has water repellent (for swimming and showering, etc.), and has a battery life of "up to 7 days" – assume you do not spend 7 days of all-pulse bulls all the time. 19659002] Vivosmart 4 comes with activity timers for strength training, tours, racing, swimming, yoga and others – the entire Garmin app on the user's smartphone. This device has vibration alerts for alerts (conversations, texts, etc.). For Android devices, Vivosmart 4 can send text responses right from the device's screen.
Several monitoring tools were announced for Vivosmart 4, all on board: stress tracking (probable at heart rate monitoring), heart rate monitoring and a relaxation break timer. This unit has VO2 max, Body Battery power monitor and a Pulse Ox2 sensor.
Garmin's Vivosmart 4 was revealed with "advanced sleep monitoring with REM sleep" and it is said to be able to control oxygen saturation levels with its Pulse Ox2 sensor. Since the Vivosmart 4 is relatively small, it's much less intrusive for sleep than wearing a big fat smartwatch – many of which also confirm tracking sleep activity.
This latest version of the Garmin Activity Tracking Band was revealed and released this morning. The Garmin Vivosmart 4 comes in four different color combinations.
