GameStop’s big spring sale starts on Sunday

GameStop is getting ready to start its next big sale this weekend. The dealer’s annual spring sales begin this Sunday, March 28th and runs all next week and ends Saturday, April 3rd. As usual, GameStop Spring Sale will give you a lot of game offers for PlayStation, Xbox and Switch, as well as discounts on collectibles and accessories.

GameStop has released a preview of the Spring Sale offers in advance, so we round up the best ones here. The sale has no particularly impressive offer, but there are some things worth calling out. It’s a pre-set game sale which is a good opportunity to catch a bunch of older games for relatively cheap ̵

1; the offer allows you to choose five games for $ 50 (however, they must be pre-games under $ 20). When it comes to new games, some of the best game offers include Yakuza: Like a Dragon for $ 40, Little Nightmares II for $ 20 and Persona 5 Royal for $ 30. You can also get Splatoon 2 for $ 50 – it’s not a huge discount, but Splatoon 2 rarely grows up in sales like this, so it’s remarkable.

Apart from games, accessories and game technology also get discounts in the GameStop Spring Sale. If you have more than one pair of Joy-Cons, you can grab the PowerAs Joy-Con Charging Dock for $ 20, so you can charge four Joy-Con controllers at once. GameStop is also launching a Razer PC gaming package that gives you the Cynosa Lite gaming keyboard, Viper Mini gaming mouse and Gigantus V2 gaming mat for $ 70 during spring sales. And if you need a cheap gaming chair, the Victorage gaming chair will be $ 40 off and is made of thick PVC faux leather, reclined up to 145 degrees, and comes with pillows on your head and lower back.

If you end up going to your local GameStop next week, you’ll also be able to take advantage of a store-only deal on collectibles. It’s an offer we’ve seen many times, but you can get a Pokémon-themed bag for $ 5, fill it with any action figures, statues, board games or toys you want, and then get a 25% discount on everything. On the flip side, online shoppers will get $ 15 off when you spend over $ 75 or $ 30 off if you spend over $ 125.

In addition to GameStop’s spring sales, there are many other great gaming and technology deals floating around right now, including buy two, get one free sale on Amazon that will end soon, Epic Games Store’s Spring Sale and Sony’s Play at Home offerings with nine free PS4s and PSVR games available now.
