If it is not already clear, many people play Fortnite. Now Epic has shared some further details about how popular the game's royal game is.
The developer confirmed Wall Street Journal that it now reaches 200 million players worldwide, which is 60 percent up from the 125 million player Epic revealed in June. It is very solid growth. Not only that, but Epic also confirmed that the game reached a peak simultaneous user entry of 8.3 million players, rising from 4.3 million simultaneous players back in February.
It is not immediately clear whether the 200 million and 8.3 million simultaneous playoffs cover both free Fortnite: Battle Royale and the paid Save the World mode. Whatever the case, the fight royal mode is certainly much more popular.
