Final Fantasy 7 Remake updated with PS5 Save Migration

A new update for Final Fantasy 7 Remake has added a storage migration feature that allows you to upload saved files to the cloud for use in the PS5 version, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade.

The main menu of Final Fantasy 7 Remake now has an additional option: Upload save data. Opening this menu allows you to select a storage file to upload, which can then be downloaded to your PS5 for use with Intergrade. The system allows you to upload as many storage files as you want, but they can only be uploaded one at a time, not in groups.

A pop-up window in the menu also notifies users that Trophy data is being transferred, so you earn all your trophies back in Intergrade.

For more while you wait for Intergrade, which releases June 10, see why Square Enix chose Yuffie over Cid or Vincent to include in the Intermission DLC, and new photos showing Remake’s new version of the Ramuh summons.
