Sony has unveiled the April series of PlayStation Plus games, which include a recent first-party offering. The days are gone was first met with a warm response, but Bend Studio’s survival horror games have found a strong fanbase, especially after some welcome updates.
The days are gone is a remarkable addition to the rotation, but for PS5 owners it is difficult. The game is part of the PlayStation Plus Collection, a great package of PS4 games that subscribers with the latest console have access to at no extra cost. The days are gone also coming to PC this spring.
Sony previously noted that April free PS Plus games for PS5 would be Oddworld: Soulstorm. Zombie Army 4: Dead War rounds out the last batch. Subscribers can claim these between April 6 and May 3.
Before these games enter the lineup, you still have a few days to capture the titles currently on offer: Final Fantasy VII Remake, Model (PS5 only), Rest: From the ashes, Farpoint (PSVR) and PS5 games Destruction AllStars. You have until April 5 to add them to your library for free.
Meanwhile, the Sony Play at Home campaign is running again this year with free games for everyone. You do not need a PS Plus subscription to claim them. Today is the last day to pick up the 2016s Ratchet and Clank free – Insomniac just released an update that lets the game run at 60 frames per second on PS5.
There are some other solid games on the way through Play at Home, included Witness, Enter the Gungeon, Subnautica and Thumper. You will also be able to download Horizon: Zero Dawn free from 19 April.
