CD Projekt also notes that “the complaint does not specify how much damage has been sought”, and that it will, as previously mentioned, “implement strong measures to defend itself against such claims.” The lawsuit from Rosen Advokatfirma claims that CD Projekt had “made false and / or misleading statements” and / or failed to reveal that “Cyberpunk 2077 was practically unplayable on today’s generation of Xbox or PlayStation systems due to a huge number of errors . “
In response to the above and the messy message surrounding the game’s launch, Sony removed Cyberpunk 2077 from the PS Store, and Sony, Microsoft and CD Projekt would “be forced to offer a full refund for the game.”
