On November 5, it became a lawsuit against Riot Games.
A former and current employee of Riot Games filed a complaint action against Riot Games, claiming that they promote a hostile working environment like demean women.
Beginning with a Kotaku report three months ago, a number of former and current employees in Riot Games went forward in the League of Legends community and shared how it was working at Riot Games as a woman. Many of the employees who spoke at that time claimed that the Riot Games workplace is permeated by a culture that demeans women and promotes immature, sexistic humor.
A few days after the allegations, Riot Games issued a statement promising change. Riot Games shared its plans to fix the company's culture from heaven down; begins to revive the company's leaders.
Former Riot Games employee Jessica Negron and current employee Melanie McCracken ask for compensation for compensation for the company's previous failure to prevent discrimination and harassment at their workplace.
