Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled tore up for a June edition.
Activision has announced that a Crash Team Racing remaster is genuine and already has a release date.
Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will be released June 21
Nitro-Fueled developed by Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions devs are interactive and bring back all original content from the original PlayStation CTR, built from scratch with new visual and sound. All characters, tracks and arenas come back, with Adventure, Arcade Single and Cup Race, Time Trials and Battle modes all back. Nitro-Fueled will also contain online multiplayer for these modes.
The work of Vicarious Visions' Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy, Nitro-Fueled's visual appearance should be known to players of the trilogy remakes and there was a lot of Beenox striving to Be true to the original experience.
"We start our PS1 and we start playing Crash Team Racing again, get a feel of what that experience was and what game we fell in love with in the beginning [was]" Beenox Thomas Wilson told IGN in front of advertising, and cites the authenticity of the original experience as a central part of the remaster's development.
"What we do is to make sure that when we adjust the controls, it feels right to people who fell in love with the game at first and it feels right for newcomers."
Wilson also told IGN Beenox's plans for the audio component Nitro-Fueled, because they wonder if the score will be intact. 19659008] "We wanted to keep [the sounds of CTR] as close as possible, so we remastered the original soundtrack," he said.
Added to the game will be the addition to play as villain Nitros Oxide, which is unlockable through adventure mode challenges. The Nitro-Fueled Standard Edition will cost $ 39.99, while the Nitros Oxide Edition will cost $ 59.99.
