Gameplay requires two or more players and is quite straightforward. Each time you play, the bomb and the manual are different. As before, a player is locked in a room with a ticking time bomb, and must disinfect it by following the "bomb defusal manual". The catch is that they can not see the manual so other "expert" players (who can not see the bomb) have to decipher it and shout instructions to the expert. Hilarity and miscommunications follow and hopefully no blow by bit.
Most people still do not have a VR headset, so the "flat screen" mode opens the game to many more players. Now the defuser can only watch the console screen while the experts read the handbook on laptops, phones and other devices. You do not even need to be in the room, as local co-op mode is supported.
The original game worked on Oculus VR, PlayStation VR, Gear VR, Daydream, PC, OS X and Linux, and owners will get flat screen mode for free. For all others, August 1
