A new Unreal Engine 4 concept trailer with stunning graphics has Bethesda fans looking forward to The Elder Scrolls 6 and the release excited the potential of the new entry in the long-running series. It’s been ten years since Bethesda was released Skyrim. Since 2011, video game graphics have come a long way. Although Bethesda Game Studios games are not exactly known for their state-of-the-art visual fidelity, we do know The Elder Scrolls 6 will run on a recently upgraded engine and we know it will look significantly better than Skyrim. How much better remains to be seen, but fans hope it looks like the trailer below.

To achieve the striking images below, Perfect Vision took advantage of Quixel’s photogrammetry textures, which, as you can see, boast 8K.
About The Elder Scrolls 6 will be able to top these images remain to be seen. Being a multiplatform release, a product of Creation Engine, and an actual game versus a technical demo means it probably won’t, but it has time on its side. The Elder Scrolls 6 will not release anytime soon, and when it does, the industry standard for graphics will only get better.
