ONE Call of Duty Warzone the quick repair has gone live which adjusts the weapon balance, including the introduction of an FFAR nerf.
April 6 the quick repair follows from Call of Duty: Warzone patch notes which fell last week, and addresses some complaints from the Warzone community that were not addressed in the main update – namely that FFAR was quite exaggerated.
Raven Software has published the official update notes on the website, along with a screenshot of the update notes on Twitter.

FFAR is the main target of the quick fix, with the assault rifle reducing the speed of the Aim Down Sights. Raven noted that it is believed to be a jack of all trades, but that it was too good at short range and competed with SMG up close. This slower ADS speed should keep the gun strong in the intermediate range, while reducing the effectiveness of a melee.
There are a couple of other notable changes in this hotfix as well. The Cold War Tactical Rifle Charlie has seen an increase in recoil strength. The notes explain that in the previous iteration it was too easy to stay on target, which means that the pistol was both very powerful and quite accurate. This solution means that it retains power, but loses some of its precision.
In addition to this, there have also been some changes and repairs to various attachments, including the Salvo Fast Mag, which gave FFAR an even greater advantage by not reducing the ADS speed when equipped.
Correction is live now, so if you are planning a last FFAR melee, we’re afraid you’m not lucky.
After the original season two Reloaded patch notes fell last week, many Warzone players were unhappy with the relatively light touch it took for weapon balance. In fact, Warzone players have begun to get Raven Software’s attention by using clan brand “FIXWZ”. Well, it looks like they were listening all the time, as one of the biggest complaints from the community was the overpowered FFAR.
