Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War hidden nukescore streak has expanded to the rest of multiplayer, Treyarch has announced.
Nuke scorestreak that was only available in Cranked Hardpoint mode is now available in all multiplayer modes except League Play and CDL variants, Multi-Team, Festival and Gunfight.
Treyarch first added a nukescore streak to Black Ops Cold War without an announcement in May, in season three, of Cranked Hardpoint mode. It was the first time a Treyarch Call of Duty had a nukescore streak.
This is what it looks like after this week̵
To score a streak, you must earn 30 kills without dying – an incredibly difficult thing to do for anyone but the best Call of Duty players.
Nuke does not end the battle automatically in respawn mode, as it does in Modern Warfare games. Instead, it dries all players when the nuke detonates – including the player who served the nuclear and their teammates.
It’s worth noting your death as a result of using the nuke count, and if you play hardcore, which has a penalty if you kill your own teammates, you will not be punished for these nude deaths.
Infinity Ward’s 2019 shooter Modern Warfare saw the return of the tactical nuke killstreak a decade after it was last seen in Modern Warfare 2. 20019. Nuke is a long-running signature hidden killstreak in Infinity Ward’s game, finally now widely available in a Treyarch COD.
