Every week, Nintendo Eshop gets a new offer on digital Nintendo Switch games. The discounts end at different times, so if you see something you want, it's best to pick it up sooner than later. This week, we will not save money on any major first-party titles, but some nice third-party and indie games are for sale. Here are the best Switch offers available at Nintendo Eshop right now.
One of the biggest discounted games is Shovel Knight. If you just want a taste of this retro style platform, you can download Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment for $ 8 (down from $ 10). It only contains the Specter Knight campaign, but you will miss out on promotions for Shovel Knight, Plague Knight, and finally King Knight, one that will be released later this year. To get the whole game, you must buy Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove, which is for sale for $ 20 (regularly $ 25).
Another great indie available for a discount is the rguelike RPG Darkest Dungeon. It's also $ 5, bringing it to $ 20. This challenging turn-based game is drenched in the gloom – which is the perfect tone for a mission that pushes your party to (or beyond) the verge of madness.
On a brighter note, you can grab the new action game Bomb Chicken for $ 9, or the relaxing Farming Simulator for $ 30. And if you're in party play, you can pick up The Jackbox Party Pack 4 for $ 15 or pre-order Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, which expires August 16th and is on sale for $ 13.50. There is also an open beta that happens for Dragon Ball FighterZ between now and 11 August.
