Battlefield V has been delayed. The shootings of World War II will now start for PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 20, EA publisher confirmed in a statement. The company says that the delay will give developer DICE further development time to fine-tune the game as appropriate.
"We will take the time to continue making some final adjustments to the core peace and to ensure that we truly deliver on the potential for [new Battlefield live service] Tides of War," wrote DICE General Manager Oskar Gabrielson. "We know moving the launch date means we all have to wait a little longer, but we'll take the time to make sure we get it right."
Battlefield V was previously scheduled to launch October 1
Finally EA confirmed the upcoming Battlefield V open beta will still go live as planned September 6th. For more on the shooter, check out the new character fit in Battlefield V-trailer.
