Samsung announced yesterday that it is supposed to bring a 5G phone to the market in the first half of next year, Verizon Verizon in the promise. This morning, AT & T was quick to note that it will also get the hand on the still uninterrupted handset in the first half of 2019.
The next day, the carrier issued a press release which, like Verizon, is less focused on handset information than Self-congratulatory statements about the two companies involved. AT & T promises "unforeseen opportunities for technology," while promising to "bring the best in technology and innovation to our customers."
As mentioned yesterday, the company, like OnePlus and Motorola, has already promised to release 5G phones at some point next year. Apple, however, is not expected to go 5G with iPhone until 2020.
