Apple Maps now displays COVID-19 travel guides

To make travel during the pandemic a little less stressful, Apple Maps now displays travel guidance information provided by Airports Council International (ACI), so you know what to expect before taking off or landing at your destination.

Travel guides – such as requirements for masks, health screens and quarantine guidelines – will be displayed on each airport’s location map in Apple Maps, with links to official airport guidance websites. The information will be available on iPhones, iPads and Macs, but at the moment only airports participating in ACI̵

7;s Health Measures Portal will have the new information.

Apple Maps has been updated to display other useful COVID-19 information over the past year, such as the location of test sites and available vaccine providers. You can check Apple Maps to see if the airport you are traveling to has directions, or use ACI’s Check & Fly tool to find participating airports.
