On its Chinese New Year's website, Apple touts that the latest iPhones and iPads can help bring their family together during their vacation. Apple writes (translated):
This new year, reunion is the best gift. Add a good time for the reunion, make the family reunion warmer, and let friends get together more, that is, we give you New Year's gift.
Apple highlights its own iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR in its Chinese New Year's Guide. The iPhone 8 also gets a mention, like Apple Watch Series 4 and iPad Pro. Apple also points to accessories such as Lifeprint photo printer, iPhone cases and more.
Furthermore, Apple has released a new pair of Beats Solo3 wireless headphones to cure the New Year. These headphones come in "silver wings gray" and are designated "New Year Special Edition" and appear to be exclusive to China.
Like last year, Apple does not offer any deals for Chinese New Year's dealers. In 2017, Apple provided a free pair of Beats headphones with qualifying Mac and iPad purchases, but this trend seems to be over, at least for now.
