Call of Duty: Warzone has been hit by a wave of hackers in recent months, but an anti-cheat organization has revealed that these hackers could be hit by some … unideal issues as well.
It has become a known problem in the Warzone world: there are more hackers in the game because the sites that sell these cheats have offered a number of free trial versions. For normal players, this is incredibly annoying. For hackers, it probably seems like a fun time.
According to a highly regarded anti-cheat organization, the Anti-Cheat Police Department, these “free trials”
trying to steal sensitive information about you *
whether it’s your split token access
They can even just BSOD loop your PC for fun, and I’ve seen it happen before and covered it before

As explained by the fraud-focused organization, all these “free” samples cost. Instead of just having fun at the expense of a raging society, these hackers open up to their “worst nightmares”.
The two most important examples of what is likely to happen to aspiring hackers are that their PCs are cryptominated or scanned for sensitive information – among them the organization shows “Discord token access, credit cards, and crypto wallets.”
Earlier, they also mentioned that a common abuse that can be repeated is a “BSOD loop”, in which someone’s PC is forced into an infinite “blue screen of death.”
For hopeful hackers, this information should probably be a strong warning not to cheat. After all, is it really worth ruining people’s games really ruining your own life?
For regular players, this information can feel like a sign from above: karma may very well be real.
