After arriving at the New York Fashion Week, Kia Telluride is back with some off-road mods. The automaker debuts four highly modified Tellurides, each coupled with a V-6 engine, all-wheel drive and 32-inch wheels. They also get a special front and rear suspension with a 3-inch wider track and King hydraulic shock stops. Kia has set up a Torque Track off-road course at SEMA for participants to test the ability of each modified SUV.
The first custom Telluride, called Horizon Roamer, has a snorkel for deep water lining. There will also be a straight-pipe exhaust, orange paint job, roof mounted load rack with LED light bar, and front brush and skid plate.
Born for trailblazing, Telluride Cadet Leader has many of the same updates, even if not snorkeling. It also has yellow halo LED lamps, a Rotopak carrier on the rear quarter panels, a rear bumper with slab plate and a military green and black paint job.
Kia Telluride Desert Drifter has an LED light-mounted, mounted Rotopacks, and a brown and black paint job, while Telluride Baja Glider gets a black paint job and two different light bars. Of course, the Telluride production, which will debut at Detroit's car show next year, will not have the same offroad features as these four concepts. The eight-passenger SUV will be for sale in the United States in the first half of 2019.
SEMA would not be complete without any changes to Stingers, and Kia will not disappoint. 2019 DUB The Kia Stinger GT starts with a wide body equipment, highlighted with brushed steel roll and carbon fiber accents. I also get a custom exhaust, underhood dress-up kit, air suspension, and air intake. To complete the exterior look, it rolls on 22 "Dropstars wheels and has tinted windows. Inside you will find red and black suede molding. Also debut at SEMA was a special Stinger ordered for Queensland Police in Australia. The model uses Stinger GT's standard engine and suspension, but it adds to police electronics and other equipment.
Kia did not forget the K900 luxury sedan. This model also features DUB treatment with stained windows, an electric blue paint job, shine black accents and blue and black leather and suede molding. It rolls on 24-inch wheels and receives a specially designed sound system and remote LED lighting.
The SEMA show runs October 30 to November 2 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
